A very large extension, with under floor heating, a tiled finish, and lit by a pitch roof lantern. 180 degrees of Bi-fold doors lead onto the new garden.

We had the pleasure to collaborate with Nicole Murray Design on this exceptional kitchen, set in a bright open space, where the lines between interior and exterior are blurred. The extension created space for a snug area and a six seat dinning table, also a new pantry and large utility room.

The new extension is encompassed by Mediterranean landscaping, featuring exterior porcelain tiles. External accents upgraded to conform with properties overall design.
